LUMORIA
How we use your details.
We use your email only to tell you when Lumoria’s first public test opens. If you make a badge, it shows your nickname, chosen job and badge number. Your email never appears on a badge or invite link.
We store your email, nickname, chosen job, consent date and who invited you in Cloudflare’s database. Invite links contain a random public code. This browser also stores a private code that lets you check referrals or delete your entry. Don’t share that private code.
We count jelly pops accepted by the website. They do not count towards your progress in the game. To limit repeated requests, we use a code made from your IP address instead of the address itself. Records used for these limits expire after a day, and individual jelly-pop records expire after two days. We keep the running total.
Your pop count stays in this browser. Clearing your browser’s stored data removes it and your saved badge token.
Use “Leave the waitlist” beside your badge to delete your entry. If you joined with a friend’s invite link, this also takes you off their referral count. If your badge no longer shows on this website, use the form below to ask us to delete your entry.
We keep your waitlist details until we send the email saying Lumoria’s first public test is open, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Your badge shows how many people signed up through your link. Their email addresses have not been verified.
