Who can play

You must be 13 or older to play Lumoria, make an account or join the waitlist. If you’re under 18, read these terms with a parent or guardian first.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for everything done with your account, so don’t sell, trade or give it away.

Pick a username that isn’t rude or hateful and doesn’t pretend to be someone else, including us.

Fair play

Don’t cheat. Don’t use bots, scripts, macros or other programs that play for you or give you an advantage.

If you find a bug that gives you an unfair advantage, tell us on the Lumoria Discord and don’t use it. Don’t try to slow down, break or overload the game’s servers.

Chat and other players

Be kind to other players. Don’t bully, threaten or harass anyone, and don’t post hateful, sexual or violent messages or spam.

Don’t post anyone’s personal details in chat or other public messages, including your own. Never ask another player for their password.

Items and progress

Your characters, items, coins, cards and Star Tokens exist only in the game. They have no money value, and you can’t sell them or trade them for real money.

We may change or reset them, for example to fix a bug or balance the game.

Our game and content

We own Lumoria: the game, this website, the name and logo, and all the art, music, sounds, clips, characters, story and text. You may play the game and use this website yourself.

You may also share screenshots and videos of your own play, as long as you don’t claim the game is yours.

No copying

You may let your browser store the files it needs to run the game and this website. You may also save your badge image and take screenshots and videos of your own play. Don’t copy, download, scrape or save any other part of the game or this website.

Don’t reverse engineer, decompile or take apart the game or this website, and don’t try to get around anything that protects them.

Don’t use our game, art, sounds or text to copy or rebuild Lumoria or to train a system to produce content. Don’t sell, rent, host or run copies of the game or website, including private servers.

Things you post

Your usernames, nicknames and chat messages stay yours. You let us store and show them to run the game and website, for example to show your chat message to other players.

We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

If you break these terms

We may warn you, remove your messages, stop you chatting, take away anything you gained unfairly, or suspend or delete your account. Serious cases, such as copying the game, may also lead to legal action.

Changes to the game

We may add, change or remove parts of the game, or take it offline for a while, at any time. We can’t promise the game will always be available or free of bugs.

Our privacy note explains what we store when you join the waitlist and how to delete it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post big changes on this page and on the Lumoria Discord and change the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, you agree to the new terms.
